This International Internship
The internship offers engineering students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in real construction projects while working within a multicultural and professional environment. The Programme
Running for 5 to 6 months, the internship is open to candidates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Interns will support purchasing and import departments, assist in preparing documentation, and serve as a link between project teams and suppliers. They will also contribute to category management strategies and gain exposure to real‑time project operations — ensuring they understand both the technical and social dimensions of engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be at least in their 5th semester of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s programme in a relevant engineering field.
- Hold a valid certificate of enrollment.
- Demonstrate good command of German and English (minimum B2 level).
- Show initiative, teamwork, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Role and Responsibilities
Selected interns will:
- Support Julius Berger’s purchasing and import departments.
- Assist in preparing documentation and liaising between project teams and suppliers.
- Contribute to category management strategies.
