This year’s edition of CSR REPORTERS Nonprofit Roundtable and Excellence Awards will be honoring Gender Equality Peace and Development Center with SDG 5 Champion Award in recognition of its immense contributions and works towards reducing inequality in Nigeria.
The event which holds on July 6th is organized by CSR Reporters, Africa’s premier platform for news on Social Impact and Sustainability practices to celebrate the contributions of Nonprofits in communities across Nigeria. Gender Equality Peace and Development Center (GEPaDC) has worked thoroughly towards upholding gender equality in order to create avenues for parity among males and females. GEPaDC has tightened the noose as regards impartial decisions on gender ratings and has bridges the gap created by a wrong perception of males being rated higher than their female counterparts and the organization has also worked in tandem with the global submission of the United Nations as regards gender equality.
GEPaDC is rated high in its involvement to building a resounding view a out the vitality of women to the existence of men globally. Through thorough strategic ideologies, GEPaDC has been able to embody a dignifying structure to emerge winners of CSR Reporters’ SDG GOAL 5-Gender Equality- Champion of the Year Award.
