This year’s edition of CSR REPORTERS Nonprofit Roundtable and Excellence Awards will be honoring the CEO of Afrihealth Optonet Association, Dr. Uzodinma Adirieje with lifetime achievement award in recognition of his immense contribution to the growth and development of the Nonprofit community across Africa at the ceremony scheduled for Abuja on July 6th, 2023.
The event organized by CSR Reporters, Africa’s premier platform for news on Social Impact and Sustainability practices is to celebrate the contributions of Nonprofits in communities across Nigeria. It is further to recognize and honour the achievements of outstanding members of the Nonprofit community who have freely and consistently committed their time and expertise to the needs of others by promoting inclusion, innovation and access in their personal and professional communities.
On why Dr. Adirieje was chosen as the winner of the coveted award, Eche Munonye, President and Editor-In-Chief of CSR Reporters said that the nominations for winners came from the Nonprofit community and only was ratified by the board of Editors of the publication. He further noted that Dr. as he is fondly called by friends and associates, has obviously created valuable impact in the nonprofit circle and Nigeria as whole to be nominated by an overwhelming majority of the voting population.
Apart from being celebrated with the lifetime achievement award, Dr. Uzodinma will be headlining the event as guest speaker on the topic, DRIVING NONPROFIT PERFORMANCE AND INNOVATION THROUGH EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP.
