Globally, the youths make great and impactful contributions to the existence of all countries, making up bulks of the population. Therefore, there is potent needs for any discerning leadership to actualize formidable plans for youth development which will ward them off from criminal tendencies that might or will jeopardize the economic growth of a country. The youths must be empowered and adequately orientated to stay afloat in their endeavours viz-a-viz academic or economic. Any sane leadership must utilize a long term sustainable plans for the youths in order to elongate their continuous existence.
