International Women’s Day 2026: TPT International Celebrates Women Staff with Movie Outing, Lunch and Work-Free Day
To commemorate International Women’s Day 2026, TPT International celebrated the extraordinary women within its organisation through a thoughtfully curated experience designed to recognise their dedication, creativity, and the energy they bring to the agency.
International Women’s Day, observed globally on March 8, celebrates the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women across all sectors of society. The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the idea that when organisations invest in empowering women through recognition, opportunity, and support, both institutions and society benefit.
For TPT International, the occasion served not only as a celebration but also as an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where women continue to thrive.
Celebrating Women at the Heart of the Organisation
As part of the celebration, the agency’s leadership—led by Adetokunbo Modupe, Chairman and Chief Consultant—treated the women of TPT International to a memorable movie and lunch outing, creating a relaxed environment for connection, reflection, and appreciation away from the routine of work.
To further acknowledge their contributions, the women of the organisation were also granted Monday, March 9, 2026, as a work-free day, allowing them time to rest and reflect following the global celebration.
According to Modupe, the initiative reflects the organisation’s appreciation for the women whose talent and dedication contribute significantly to its success.
“Women are an invaluable part of our lives and of our organisation. Their contributions have helped shape the growth, strength, and excellence of our professional practice,” he said.
“Our standing as a preferred team would not have been possible without the intelligence, dedication, creativity, and positive spirit of the remarkable women within the organisation.”
He added that while the agency values and appreciates its women throughout the year, International Women’s Day offers a special moment to pause and recognise their contributions.
“Today’s outing is a simple but meaningful way of reminding them that their brilliance, resilience, and professionalism are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated,” he noted.
Women Reflect on Workplace Culture
Responding on behalf of the women in the agency, Ify Yvonne Odita, Client Service Director, expressed appreciation to the leadership of TPT International for fostering a workplace culture where women feel recognised and supported.
“Your celebration of TPT women through the movie outing, lunch, and the work-free day speaks volumes about the value you place on appreciation, balance, and wellbeing,” she said.
“The opportunity to step away from our routines, bond, and enjoy moments of relaxation together made this International Women’s Day truly special.”
She added that the gesture reflects an organisational culture where employees feel genuinely valued and inspired to perform at their best.
Commitment to Women Empowerment
For TPT International, the celebration underscored its broader commitment to building a workplace environment where women are empowered to grow professionally, contribute ideas, and play leadership roles in shaping the future of the organisation.
By recognising the contributions of women and creating opportunities for balance and wellbeing, the agency continues to demonstrate how organisations can cultivate inclusive workplaces that celebrate talent, creativity, and diversity.
