Morolake Cares Initiative has distributed food stuffs to widows in Ibadan.
This is part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as they care of the needs of children, students and even mothers.
Few days ago, the NGO organised feminine health talks on menstral hygiene and personal hygiene to girls in schools and they distributed over 1000 sanitary pads and deodorant to the students.
Well, they have now supporting women by distributing food stuffs for widows and also collating their date for monthly stipends in Ibadan.
The foundation stated that their aim is to empower widows on both long-term and short-term sustainability .
Many of the widows they reached out to appreciated the foundation’s gesture.
