A Non-Governmental Organization, Prestige Exquisite Ladies Group In Abuja has advocated that more wealthy people in the country should be able to involve themselves in humanitarian work especially at the grassroots to reduce poverty in the country
This was made known by the Chairman of the group Mrs, Esther Effiong during her visit to an Orphanage home at Apo in Abuja.
Presenting food items and some drugs to the Head of Charity Hope and Faith Orphanage Home, Mrs Effiong said the gesture was part of the group Corporate ,Social responsibility of giving back to the society.
Receiving the items, some orphans who appreciated the group for their kind gesture, called on well meaning Nigerians to come to their aid.
The head of Charity Hope and Faith Orphanage Foundation, Mrs Praise Daniel, thanked Prestige Exquisite Ladies Group for the outreach and called on other wealthy individuals to emulate such gesture to put smiles on the faces of the less privileged in the society.
