The Ogun State Government has reiterated its dedication to expanding access to safe and clean water for indigents of the state as part of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s people-centered development agenda.
Special Adviser on SDGs and Water Resources Damilola Otubanjo made this known during a recent tour of water facilities in the Yewa axis of the state.

Otubanjo emphasized that water supply decisions are based on technical needs and potential impact, not political considerations. She praised the Ogun State Water Corporation for their efforts and highlighted plans to upgrade pump capacities to serve more communities.
As the implementation of the Ogun State Water Supply Master Plan progresses, Otubanjo assured residents that no community would be left behind. The administration remains focused on delivering reliable water infrastructure to improve public health and promote social equity statewide.
