The Business Ideation School Africa, in partnership with the Christ the Redeemer Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has concluded the 2025 Leadership Training Programme a five day initiative designed to equip students and young professionals with leadership and employability skills. The programme, held from November 5 to 9, was fully sponsored by RCCG’s CRM, according to a statement issued by TBIS Africa on Monday.
The training combined professional development with faith-based teachings, featuring plenary sessions, prayer meetings, drama presentations, praise and worship, morning devotionals, a governance-focused session, and hands-on learning across multiple professional tracks. More than 3,500 students and National Youth Service Corps members from Nigeria and the Benin Republic participated.
Certification courses covered areas such as Corporate Strategy, Financial Intelligence, Media Management, Business Ideation, Advertising Management, Business Networking, Marketing, and Brand Management. Participants paid only a minimal commitment fee to ensure broad accessibility
Founder and Principal of TBIS Africa, Emmanuel Ikediashi, said the programme reflects the institution’s mission to make quality business education accessible and relevant to young Africans.
Learning and leadership form the foundation of true growth. When paired with practical, skill-based education, they equip young people for life beyond the classroom. By engaging industry professionals, the initiative not only strengthened the learning experience but also inspired participants to meaningfully apply their knowledge in building sustainable careers and enterprises,” he said.
The programme featured intensive sessions facilitated by industry experts and thought leaders. Principal Consultant at Hattie Royale Media, Oludolapo Agbejobi who led the Media Management track praised the initiative, emphasising that empowering young professionals with communication and media literacy skills is essential to shaping a well-informed and creative generation of leaders.
Participants described the experience as both transformative and practical. Abraham Miracle noted that he had already begun applying insights gained to his real estate career. Ajala Boluwatife said the training broadened his understanding of business growth, while Esther Akinwande and Ayoba Mayowa highlighted the depth it added to their knowledge of communication, media, and brand management.
Facilitators included Oludolapo Agbejobi, Nwachukwu Macdickson, Yinlayefa Thompson, Rina Arhuere, Olajumoke Oyedele, Uche Onwuka, and Oluwatosin Olonite reflecting TBIS Africa’s commitment to integrating faith, leadership, and professional excellence.
