
Rite Foods Restates Commitment to Inclusive Work Environment, Women Empowerment
A leading food and beverages company in the country, Rite Foods has reaffirmed its commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equity.
The company restated this recently during the 2025 International Women’s Day (IWD), noting the alignment of its policy with empowering women to thrive, lead, and drive innovation.
Speaking on International Women’s Day, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the organisation, Seleem Adegunwa, lauded women who are breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields such as engineering, supply chain, technology, and sales.
He affirmed women’s role in driving societal and organisational progress, asserting the company’s dedication to gender inclusivity.

Adegunwa also took time to pay tribute to women in the organisation who are taking on pivotal roles as female production supervisors, finance experts, sales managers, marketing strategists, and factory engineers.
Also commenting, Kudirat Balogun, Chief Financial Officer of the organisation, charged women with resilience while expressing the company’s consistent support for their growth.
