In a bid to reposition the nonprofit sector for greater success in 2023, Sterling One Foundation has again put together a forum to discuss better ways to help the sector achieve more.
The foundation announced this during a media parley in Lagos on Monday.
According to the statement, the NGO Development Series webinar titled, “Positioning For Funds in 2023 and Beyond” will take place on Friday, January 13, 2023.
The speakers at the event include: Mrs Olapeju Ibekwe, CEO Sterling One Foundation; Oyebisi B. Oluseyi, Executive Director, Nigeria Network of NGOs; DR Umar Abdullahi Maina, Deputy Director Administration, Network of Civil Society Organizations, Borno state; Mr Joseph Idahosa Amenaghawon, Strategy and Growth Advisor, BUDgit Foundation; Development Expert, Mr. Bunu Muhammad Bukar among others.
Among other things, the speakers will be discussing how the nonprofit sector can benefit from proper program planning.
Announcing the event, Mrs, Ibekwe said, “As the world gets set to enable more progress in 2023, organizations that will achieve their goals will require lots of program funding in order to touch as many lives as possible through their interventions. “
“Our speakers will be sharing insight and tips on the best way to properly plan programs in a manner that is attractive to funders and positions your social impact work on January 13 from 10am”
However, the event is not limited as people are encouraged to register so as to learn all they need to know about attracting funding for their social impact work.
