When Tosin Obembe founded Luova Group, his dream was simple but bold to tell African stories with creativity, innovation, and impact. That vision has now earned him national recognition, as he was named one of the 2025 recipients of the prestigious 40 Under 40 Nigeria Award.
At the award ceremony held at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Obembe Group Managing Director and Founder of Luova Group was celebrated alongside other trailblazers shaping Nigeria’s economic and creative landscape. His recognition highlights not just his leadership, but also the consistent growth of Luova Group, a company that has become synonymous with storytelling excellence across Africa.
From producing cinematic campaigns through Tobems Production, to driving data-led marketing with Trois-Sitini, and nurturing talent through Tash Studios, Obembe has built a creative powerhouse that has executed some of Nigeria’s most high-profile projects. These include the record-breaking Hilda Baci Cookathon, the YouID Conversion Drive, Tecno’s Nigerian Idol Season 9 and BBNaija collaborations, the Tecno Camon 40 Campaign, and the widely celebrated Stacked December.
In his acceptance speech, Obembe turned the spotlight back to his team:
“This recognition is not just mine; it belongs to my team, our clients, and everyone who has supported the Luova dream. From trusting Tobems Production to deliver cinematic-quality campaigns, to working with Trois-Sitini on growth solutions, and building Tash Studios into a global talent hub this award is for all of us.”
Ambassador Salako Omotayo, Founder of the 40 Under 40 Nigeria Awards, described Obembe as “a young leader whose innovation, excellence, and transformational impact are reshaping Nigeria’s business ecosystem.”
Now a member of this distinguished circle of under 40 achievers, Obembe’s journey serves as a powerful reminder of what vision, persistence, and teamwork can create a legacy that not only drives business success but also inspires the next generation of African innovators.
