The Executive Director/CEO of The Foundation for Partnerships Initiatives in the Niger Delta otherwise known as PIND Foundation will receive Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s CSR REPORTERS’ Nonprofit Roundtable and Excellence Awards scheduled to hold in Abuja on July 6th, 2023.
CSR Reporters, Africa’s premier platform for news on Social Impact and Sustainability practices will be celebrating the contributions of Nonprofits in communities across Nigeria. The award is to recognize and honour the achievements of outstanding members of the Nonprofit community who have freely and consistently committed their time and expertise to the needs of others by promoting inclusion, innovation and access in their personal and professional communities.
On why Mr. Tunji Idowu was chosen as the winner of the coveted award, Eche Munonye, President and Editor-In-Chief of CSR Reporters said that the nominations for winners came from the Nonprofit community and only was ratified by the board of Editors of the publication. He further noted that ID, as he is fondly called by friends and associates, has obviously created valuable impact in the nonprofit circle and Nigeria as whole to be nominated by an overwhelming majority of the voting population.
