The Senator Representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Solomon Olamilekan, otherwise known as Yayi, has announced a partnership with New Horizons Nigeria to train 1,000 youths in information technology skills, according to a statement on Monday.
The initiative, which targets youths in Ogun West Senatorial District, is designed to equip participants with essential IT skills for the digital economy. The training will focus on practical, industry-relevant courses in sectors such as fintech, software development, and data management.
“This partnership with New Horizons is a significant step toward ensuring our youths are ready for the future,” Senator Yayi said. “By providing access to world-class training, we are opening doors to opportunities in the digital economy.”
New Horizons, a global IT training organization, expressed its commitment to delivering high-quality instruction tailored to industry needs.
