Branded ALAT: The Evolution, the enhanced platform introduces advanced, intelligent features designed to redefine how customers interact with their bank. Key innovations include voice banking, known as SAW, which enables customers to perform banking transactions using natural voice commands, significantly improving convenience and accessibility. The upgrade also features Tap and Pay, allowing for quick, secure, and seamless contactless payments, as well as uptime prediction, a functionality that improves transparency and builds customer confidence by providing insights into service availability and reliability.
