NeoLife, a global wellness and nutrition company operating in more than 50 countries, has reaffirmed its commitment to ethical, transparent business practices as part of a broader effort to sustain long term economic value and protect its corporate reputation.
The company underscored this commitment during its annual President Team Meeting held in Lagos, which brought together about 60 of its top-performing partners. The gathering focused on strengthening business strategies, encouraging accountability, and reinforcing strict adherence to company policies as a foundation for sustainable growth.
Executives at the meeting addressed rising public scrutiny and social media criticism of network marketing models, emphasising that integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership are essential to maintaining trust among consumers, partners, and regulators. They noted that long term economic contribution is only possible when businesses operate within clear ethical frameworks that prioritise people and accountability over short term gains.
Speaking at the event, NeoLife’s Vice President of Field Development for West Africa, Olusanmi Asalu, stressed that ethical conduct remains central to the company’s business model and economic sustainability. He urged leaders to prioritise honesty and compliance, noting that trust is critical to building businesses that endure across generations.
As we engage our leaders, we ensure they understand market realities and the importance of adhering to company policies built on honesty and integrity. Putting people first is fundamental to sustaining both our business and the broader economy,” Asalu said.
NeoLife’s business model combines direct selling with product distribution, empowering independent partners to build enterprises while creating income opportunities and supporting local economic participation. Asalu noted that the company has produced thousands of multimillionaires globally and over 1,000 directors in Nigeria earning between N500,000 and N1 million monthly, reflecting the model’s capacity to generate sustainable livelihoods when operated responsibly.
