Africa continues to face an urgent need for skilled professionals capable of driving climate action and sustainable economic transformation across the continent. While the number of climate-conscious young people is growing, many still lack access to structured opportunities that provide practical training, professional experience, and pathways into green careers.
The Ecogig Talents Programme 2026 is seeking to address this gap by equipping young Africans with the knowledge, skills, and professional exposure required to participate actively in the growing green economy.
