Highlights from the Anniversary Celebration: At the heart of the anniversary celebration was “Clothe a Community,” an event aimed at making a tangible difference in the lives of members of the Makoko community. Pulse Nigeria provided t-shirts, warm meals, and, in collaboration with the Seven-Up Bottling Company, beverages and water for the children. Additionally, the community’s women received fabrics, while young men starting families were presented with new mattresses.
To catalyze lasting positive change, Pulse Nigeria plans to spotlight the Makoko community on its social media platforms to elevate global awareness, garner support, and contribute to the community’s upliftment.
