United Capital Plc has appointed four infrastructure specialists De Buys Scott, Olubunmi Akinremi, Bola Bamidele, and Obinna Ufudo to the Investment Committee of its United Capital Infrastructure Fund (UCIF).
The appointments are aimed at strengthening UCIF’s governance and enhancing its ability to generate sustainable impact through investments in power, industrial recycling, and renewable energy.
The fund has delivered strong performance, achieving a year-to-date gross return of 24.62%. The new members’ appointments were confirmed following ratification by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
