Oniroyin Support Initiative
The Oniroyin Support Initiative (OSI) is set to bring hope and relief to the families of late journalists in Ogun State through a newly launched empowerment programme. This initiative aims to support the families of journalists who dedicated their lives to informing the public but tragically passed away in the line of duty, recognizing their invaluable contributions to society.
In a statement issued by the Secretary of the Oniroyin Support Initiative (OSI) Board of Trustees, Mr. Adekunle Olayeni, the Chairman of the Board, Mrs. Funke Fadugba, expressed profound appreciation for the sacrifices of deceased journalists.
“We are proud to launch this programme, which underscores our commitment to supporting the families of journalists who made a lasting impact but sadly departed when their services were most needed. We believe these families deserve our care and assistance, and we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in their lives,” Fadugba stated.
