A reputable digital career marketplace platform, LinkedIn, released its second Top Companies Nigeria List, which features 25 organisations across various industries, including finance, oil and gas, power, Information Technology (IT), telecoms, and food and beverages. Wema Bank is among six banking institutions that made it to the list.
LinkedIn used a unique set of data to rank the best workplaces for career growth, with particular focus on career progression in a post-COVID-19 world. The criteria include ability to advance, skills development, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational background and employer presence in the country.
