ntel Inspires Future Innovators Through Career Talk, Reinforces Commitment to Youth Empowerment

As part of ntel’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social impact commitment to youth empowerment, digital inclusion, and nurturing the next generation of innovators, NATCOM Development & Investment Limited (trading as ntel) hosted ICT students from Ireti Senior Secondary School, Falomo Senior High School, and Bethesda School for the Blind under the Afri Edu Tech Programme.

ntel organized an engaging Career Talk designed to inspire and equip secondary school students with valuable career insights, practical knowledge, and guidance for the future. The session encouraged students to discover their potential, embrace innovation and digital skills, and develop the confidence to become the next generation of leaders, creators, and problem-solvers.

The interactive engagement connected students with ntel’s leadership team, creating a platform for meaningful conversations around innovation, career development, technology, and the limitless possibilities that await the next generation.

The session featured insights from Managing Director/CEO, Soji Maurice-Diya; Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director, Afolabi Oladunjoye; Chief Technical Consultant, Kingsley Uwazie; Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability, Ariyike Akinbobola; and Head of People & Culture, Ojini Amida, who encouraged the students to embrace curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation as they prepare for the future of work.

A highlight of the programme was the students’ presentation of technology prototypes they had developed. The ntel executives engaged them in thoughtful discussions, provided constructive feedback, and encouraged them to continue refining their ideas into solutions that can create meaningful impact.
