
The Nasara Foundation, championed by the Wife of Kebbi State Governor, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, has said that a total of N800 million has been spent by the foundation to bring succor to 500,000 beneficiaries since its establishment three years ago.
The organization, founded with the prime target of providing monetary, material and educational assistance to the vulnerable, the less privileged, orphans, among other people in the state, towards uplifting their wellbeing, has lived up to its mission.
The coordinator of the foundation, Mallam Abdurrasshid Bala, stated this at a gathering in Birnin Kebbi while reappraising the activities of the foundation.

“The Nasara Foundation is philanthropic in its concept, it has impacted positively to enhance the standard of living of the people on healthcare services, educational pursuit, skill acquisition, entrepreneurship and in instilling moral values.
“Such monumental achievement was only possible by the massive support from the founder of the foundation, the wife of the governor, supported by her husband, Comrade Nasir Idris,” Bala said.
In a remark, the Kebbi First Lady, Hajiya Nasare, thanked Governor Idris for giving the foundation the necessary support to achieve the purpose for which it was established.
