Global Business Consulting, a non-profit foundation, is set to host the second edition of its flagship Paradigm Shift Conference on September 27, 2025, at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos — a CSR-driven initiative aimed at equipping individuals with the tools, mindset, and values needed for sustainable wealth creation.
Convener of the conference, Dr. Stephen Enike-Matthew, said the programme is part of the organisation’s commitment to fostering personal growth, economic empowerment, and community development. With the theme “Building Organic Wealth Through Self-Discovery”, the conference will focus on values-driven approaches to success, bridging the gap between traditional wealth creation models and strategies rooted in self-awareness and purpose.
“In a country where many prioritise survival over self-reflection, this platform emphasises self-discovery not just as a personal journey but as an economic imperative,” Enike-Matthew noted. “When people understand their strengths, passions, and values, they make smarter decisions, build meaningful ventures, and contribute positively to society.”
The event will gather entrepreneurs, business leaders, students, and change-makers for transformative discussions spanning business, technology, education, media, and leadership. Attendees will benefit from expert-led sessions, cross-sector networking, and inspiring success stories from the inaugural edition, which saw young participants launch ventures and pursue impactful careers.
According to Dr. Enike-Matthew, the goal is to create lasting impact by nurturing individuals who can build wealth ethically and sustainably while uplifting their communities — a vision that aligns with the foundation’s broader CSR mission of driving social and economic transformation.
