Mouka, the foremost manufacturer of mattresses, pillows, and bedding products, continues to demonstrate its commitment to corporate social responsibility by donating desktop computers and a public address system to the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC) in Lagos. This donation coincides with the commemoration of this year’s Armed Forces Remembrance Day, reinforcing the strong bond between Mouka and the management of NAFRC.
The leadership team of Mouka, led by Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Dimeji Osingunwa, presented the gifts to the NAFRC Commandant, Air Vice Marshall Adeniyi Herbert Ameshilola, during a courtesy visit to the centre on Wednesday, 10th January 2024, a few days ahead of the Nigerian Armed Forces Remembrance Day, observed annually on January 15.
Mr. Osingunwa reiterated Mouka’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with NAFRC by actively participating in its activities and supporting its vision of becoming a premier training institution for ex-servicemen and women. He highlighted Mouka’s longstanding tradition of goodwill towards NAFRC through donations during vocational course graduation ceremonies, offering products at discounted rates to military personnel, and courtesy visits during the appointment of new commandants.
During the visit, the Mouka team toured the information and communication technology centre and other key areas within NAFRC to explore further opportunities for collaboration.
Mouka extends heartfelt congratulations to the Nigerian Armed Forces (NAF) on the country’s Armed Forces Remembrance Day, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to national security and commending the sacrifices of fallen heroes who served gallantly and made the nation proud.
