Former First Bank Chair, Ibukun Awosika; entrepreneur and leadership coach, Tara Fela-Durotoye; and ANAP Foundation Chairman, Atedo Peterside, will headline the maiden edition of the Building Beyond You Conference 2025 in Lagos on Thursday, September 18.
Themed “Building Beyond You”, the conference will spotlight how Africa’s leaders can build enterprises and systems that endure, while inspiring young people to think beyond personal milestones.
Tara Fela-Durotoye emphasised the essence of the vision, saying: “This is more than an event it is a movement to shift mindsets and raise leaders who multiply wealth, influence, and impact long after their time. The conference will feature keynote addresses, fireside conversations, panel discussions, and practical workshops aimed at equipping attendees with frameworks to build enterprises, movements, and communities with enduring impact.
