Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH), an indigenous oil and gas company, has constructed and fully furnished cutting-edge science laboratories for Esteem Schools in Abak, Akwa Ibom State, as part of its commitment to advancing science education in local communities.
The facilities, completed and unveiled during the school’s 2025 graduation ceremony, mark the fulfillment of a promise EATECH made at the previous year’s event. The new labs are equipped to international standards and are expected to significantly boost students’ interest and performance in STEM subjects.
Speaking on behalf of the school, Director of Schools, Esitmbom Ekpo, expressed deep appreciation to EATECH for its timely and impactful intervention. “This is a promise made and fulfilled. We are confident that this infrastructure will significantly enhance the learning experience of our students,” she stated.
The project underscores EATECH’s ongoing investment in community development through education-focused Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aiming to empower future generations with quality learning tools and environments.
