As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) drive, lifestyle property developer Haven Homes has refurbished and handed over a fully equipped medical centre to the Nigerian Police Force.
The facility, located at Onikan under Zone 2 Command (covering Lagos and Ogun States), was officially commissioned by AIG Fayoade Adegoke, who received it on behalf of the zone.
According to Haven Homes, the renovation was aimed at improving the well-being of officers, staff, and inmates in police custody by ensuring access to timely and quality healthcare services.
“At Haven Homes, we believe building a better world starts with creating better spaces—not only for our clients but also for the wider community,” the company said in a statement. “We are proud to have completed the renovation of the Police Clinic at Zone 2, a facility that now provides essential care for the dedicated officers and staff who protect us every day.”
The project featured refreshed interiors, upgraded fittings, and modern finishes—all executed with the same care and quality that define the company’s housing developments.
Speaking at the event, Mrs. Ufuoma Ilessanmi, Managing Director of Haven Homes, said: “We always felt the need to support the Police, and with this relationship now established, we look forward to doing even more in the future.”
In response, AIG Fayoade Adegoke commended Haven Homes for the gesture, noting that the support would serve as a moral boost for Zone 2 personnel. “It is encouraging to know that the public is willing to partner with us to improve service delivery,” he said.
The refurbished centre reflects Haven Homes’ ongoing commitment to social impact initiatives, with the company reaffirming its dedication to uplifting communities beyond real estate development.
