Heirs Insurance Group has unveiled its inaugural Creators Fellowship, a bold initiative designed to enhance insurance education and financial literacy across Nigeria. By partnering with digital influencers, the company aims to simplify complex insurance concepts and make financial preparedness more relatable to everyday Nigerians.
The first cohort features two dynamic content creators appointed as Heirs Insurance Fellows:
- Joseph Onaolapo (Jay On Air) – a radio personality and humor-driven storyteller known for his community-focused content.
- Oluwadamilola Bello (Dammy B) – a lifestyle creator who transforms real-life experiences into impactful narratives.
Through the Fellowship, Heirs Insurance will collaborate directly with the creators to develop culturally relevant content that educates, inspires, and empowers young Nigerians navigating financial decisions in a digital era.
According to Ifesinachi Okpagu, Chief Marketing Officer at Heirs Insurance Group, “We are excited to partner with Joseph and Oluwadamilola, whose creative approaches make learning engaging. With this initiative, we’re normalising conversations around financial preparedness and showcasing insurance as a key tool for stability, growth, and peace of mind.”
Jay On Air shared his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling to drive real change. This Fellowship gives me the opportunity to make finance and insurance feel relatable and essential.”
Dammy B added, “As a pioneer Fellow, I see this as a meaningful way to break down financial topics, especially for entrepreneurs. Protection is an essential part of growth, and I’m proud to contribute to that message.”
The Heirs Insurance Creators Fellowship is part of the Group’s ongoing mission to demystify insurance and reshape public perception through innovation, creativity, and education-led engagement.
