The Transformation Foundation of Business and Technology (TFBT) is set to host a virtual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Dialogue aimed at addressing Nigeria’s growing digital divide by equipping youth with vital digital and workforce-ready skills.
Scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (WAT), the two-hour session is themed “Bridging the Digital Divide: Skilling Youth, Strengthening Workforces.”
The event will convene leaders from CSR, workforce development, and brand strategy to discuss how organizations can create long-term impact by aligning social investments with skill-building initiatives for underserved youth. The dialogue will focus on how digital empowerment not only enhances employability for young Nigerians but also strengthens the talent pipeline and reduces employee attrition for companies.
One of the key highlights will be a keynote address by Mr. Eche Munonye, Publisher of CSR Reporters, along with powerful case studies showcasing the transformative impact of digital training on individual lives and communities.
TFBT emphasized that the event is designed to spark action, not just conversation. Companies are encouraged to nominate team members from their CSR, leadership, or workforce development units to engage in the dialogue and explore collaboration opportunities.
Registration is open until August 22, 2025, via the official portal: https://transformationcollege.org/csr-event-registration
This initiative aligns with TFBT’s broader mission to build a more inclusive, digitally competent future for Nigerian youth, while helping organizations meet their social responsibility goals in a measurable and meaningful way.
