The Central Securities Clearing System Plc (CSCS), Nigeria’s capital market infrastructure, has reiterated its commitment to innovation and operational excellence as it celebrates Customer Service Week 2025.
Anchored on the theme “Mission: Possible,” the celebration reflects CSCS’s unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and market transformation through technology driven solutions.
This year, CSCS rolled out several innovations, including RegConnect Version 2, an upgraded registrar platform offering real time data validation and seamless API integration; the Custodian Portal, which enhances portfolio and trade management for market participants; and a USSD Code Service launched in partnership with MTN Nigeria to expand retail investors’ access to capital market services.
