The Nigeria China Strategic Partnership (NCSP) has convened a high level meeting with Brains and Hammer Hengke Limited, a joint venture between Brains and Hammers Ltd. and Hunan Hengke Group, a leading Chinese real estate and construction conglomerate.
The collaboration aims to deliver two landmark projects: the construction of two 25-floor Brains and Hammers Towers, a mixed use development combining residential and hotel spaces, and the establishment of 30,000 smart, solar powered homes across Nigeria.
Designed with affordability, sustainability, and innovation at their core, these initiatives are expected to create significant employment opportunities, promote technology transfer, and strengthen local manufacturing capacity in key areas such as glass, roofing, and electrical systems.
Joseph Tegbe, Director General of NCSP, praised the initiative, highlighting its alignment with Nigeria’s strategic development goals. He underscored the importance of quality delivery and ambitious standards, noting that the projects aim to become some of the tallest, safest, smartest, and best maintained structures in Abuja.
“The NCSP remains committed to fostering partnerships that drive real impact, support sustainable growth, and promote mutual prosperity between Nigeria and China,” Tegbe said.
These developments mark a significant milestone in Nigeria China collaboration, reinforcing a shared vision for innovation, urban development, and inclusive economic progress.
